The villa fits 220m² of living space onto a 216m² plot across two storeys, built around a private pool deck. The master suite sits at ground level with direct pool views, while a second bedroom runs along the back of the plot with its own courtyard bathroom. An open-plan kitchen, dining, and sunken living area connects the two, opening fully onto the deck, with a guest WC alongside. Upstairs, two further ensuite bedrooms sit beneath the rooftop terrace.
